Waverley Park House

- location: located not far from M6; very easy to find - firestick in TV - parking available - mini toiletries - tea and coffee facilities - room layout good with plenty of space

having to ring when you get there and nobody answering: went to the nearest pub for a drink and text the numbers given to be told they would come over now; when advised not there they said to go into the Premier shop across the road from the property and access would be given; it would be much better if key boxes were on site and codes for internal doors messaged beforehand - bathroom dirty: the bathroom on first inspection seemed alright, but on closer look the floor was filthy and under the toilet seat was all dried urine - bright green light shining all night; the reason I am marking this accommodation so low is the pictured green light that shone directly above the bed all night resulting in zero sleep For the price, I would probably overlook all the negatives if you just need somewhere to get your head down for the night, but with that green light shining you've no chance of even that so personally, unless management remove this or you sleep like you're dead, I wouldn't recommend staying there.

Comfortable bed, off street parking, very attentive staff. Sorted out a problem very quickly and were very friendly.

Cleanliness was an issue, particularly the floors in the bathroom. Didn’t like the use of bath mats esp around toilet. Cheap toilet roll. But bedding and bedrooms were generally clean.

The property is on a major route in and out of Preston so it was easy to get to the property. It was very clean it was comfortable and the fascilities were excellent. Great for a stay in Preston.

It was a little difficult to get into the property when I arrived. This was down to me, I think. I needed an app from 'booking.com'. The app would have given me information about gaining entry. However we got there after a little while. I think also the walls were quite thin, but the people in the next room were quite quiet, which was good.

The room. Was clean well presented, plenty of parking spaces close to most amenities and motorways.

I was in room one the bed was hard the pillows were poor quality the front window didn't close correctly which resulted in a lot of traffic noise because the property faces a very busy road, I very annoying green light on the ceiling that is constantly lit, there is no signage that Informs you where the property is, very poor communication from the owner, telephone number provided by B.COM doesn't work.

The booking details were not sent to the person staying so they couldn't get into the room. As this was booked for over a weekend we didn't get the email until Monday. Despite saying I wasn't the one staying, the key code was sent to me and not the email address provided for the person staying in the accommodation.

It is an exceptional facility. My only niggles, and these are constructive comments not complaints are as follows. The second entrance door needs the lock removed, because after going outside for a cigarette, the door was locked due to accidentally catching the switch. The bed was too soft, but that is a personal preference and there is nothing wrong More towels at book in, one small and one large towel may cause problems. If it’s booked for a couple, towels for each guest. More pillows, one pillow for each is not enough, give the guest the choice of more pillows. The above is not a criticism, I understand that the establishment is newly opened and maybe you have just overlooked certain things. I certainly would recommend you and will be on my list for Preston which I visit regularly. I hope you make a good venture here as most of the facilities are fantastic

Good Location near M6 Good Communication with Host Nice Room, decorated well and clean. Parking provided.

No Towels provided even though advertised with them, so unable to have shower. Window in room wouldn’t shut properly, making it noisy with Traffic noise. No spoons provided to make tea. If it’s wasn’t for above, would have been excellent.
