Waverley Park House

Very clean and well appointed for the price. On main road but off street parking available and room I had was at the back so little noise

My room was missing items like milk (did have tea, coffee and sugar), tea spoon or stirrer and more importantly no spare loo roll!

Comfortable, nice decor & a smart tv in room was a big plus👍

The busy next to it could be a problem for some people did get a bit noisy at times

The property was perfect for my needs, although I was unable to experience it for much longer due to being hospitalised with a kidney problem. The manager was very helpful and understanding of my situation. Property was clean, tidy, cosy, and spacious, I would certainly stay there again :)

There was no breakfast but an adequate kitchen

I liked that the room was good for my self and my service dog. with a little outside area. the bathroom was lovely and the room was relaxing. nice little kitchen area and the other quests were quite. easy to book and came when I arrived. would stay again if in the area. lovely park just across the road.

Personal preference and very small thing but the comfort of the pillows.

The location was perfect for us as it wasn't far from the M6 and straight down the road. The décor of the rooms was very nice, the beds very comfortable, really liked the bedside lamps and plugs with usb sockets in. The kitchen with a fridge and freezer was just what we needed and seemed well kitted out, allowing for easy breakfast. The smart TV with Netflix, you tube and Amazon was very much needed when travelling with young children. The WiFi was very good. Being close to a play park was very good. The bathrooms and shower were great. The owners/staff were really helpful and prompt in answering my call and returning my call and texting information when asked. They were friendly and very helpful.

It was not clear that the building we parked next to was the right one. No where was Waverly Park clearly sign posted (we were not the only confused arrivals). Check in instructions were not clear and took a while to sort out through phone calls and texts as there was no on site staff (in fairness there is meant to normally be someone around and they were just having a difficult day). The window in room 1 did not close properly so my wife had a disturbed night as the noise of the traffic was loud. The coded lock entry to each room was just a faff and each code needed to be written down.
