Location and tea and biscuits, clean, I loved the paper, size and included toiletries. Good prompt communication from host.

No window and a little difficult to find, video helpful but only received when had arrived.

‏Outstanding Stay in Matera 🇮🇹 ‏A beautiful, modern apartment in a brand-new building — everything was spotless and well-maintained. Paid underground parking is available for just €10 per day, which was very convenient. The host was absolutely wonderful: kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. ‏Highly recommended for anyone visiting Matera and looking for a comfortable, high-quality place to stay. Haim

Posizione strategica, a pochi passi dal centro ma tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto e con un parcheggio a pagamento di fronte Camera non molto grande ma confortevole, ben organizzata e immacolata Rapporto qualità/prezzo secondo me corretto La gestione del check in da remoto è un po' impersonale, ma è stata gestita con cortesia e efficienza

Manca una vista sulla bellezza di Matera, ma è davvero un dettaglio
