Loved the location, the staff, and the area

Each meal is announced over the intercom throughout the hotel which is disruptive on days you aren’t keeping a normal schedule. Not a huge deal, but something that seemed unnecessary

The staff were so lovely and helpful. It was neat and clean and exceptional value for the price. Will definitely book here again next year!

Very big and spacious rooms and close to the slopes. Loved the stay overall

A bit outdated but it wasn’t a problem for us

very nice old school hotel. it's aged but it's well maintained. extremely helpful staff and I would love to go back again. however I have one suggestion. pls insulate the windows better as the cold drift from the window can be very chilly.

The accommodation is very close to the station, bus stop! Large and comfortable rooms! Excellent service

Location was an easy walk to the ski lifts.

The Public Entry Foyer is the smoking area - so everyone has to walk through this area on entering or leaving the property.Smoke permeates the Onsen area in basement. The Western beds are extremely hard. The room had few facilities. The addition of a kettle and mini fridge would have enhanced our stay.
