Kefi House Skiathos

Very well positioned to the town centre, lots of nice eating places nearby. Very clean and modern inside with modern furnishings, The house was very spacious and had all mod cons. Nice entrance with a very nice outdoor seating area The host supplied us with bottles of water as well as a bottle of red and white wine, in the fridge on our arrival. We were provided with clean towels midway through our stay. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Maybe a mirror upstairs in the bedroom, I the second bedroom the door did close tight enough to block out the outside noise. The property would benefit with a hand rail on the staircase, especially when using the bathroom during the night. A ensuite would greatly benefit this lovely house.

Our stay at Kefi House was excellent! Our expectations were far exceeded. Our host met us timely at the property to deliver the keys. I called a few hours before to confirm our arrival time from the ferry. The house was very stylish, modern, comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. We are a family of 4 (boys 12 and 14) and the house fit our needs perfectly. Despite being in Skiathos town, the street Kefi House is on is very quiet and residential. I am so happy we chose to stay in Skiathos town. In the mornings I would walk to the bakery for fresh bread and cookies. My husband and I would get an iced coffee from a nearby cafe while our boys slept in. There are beautiful grocery stores with fruit and yogurt and everything you would need nearby. Every night we were able to walk around the city. The beach resorts are pretty but it would have been very boring to be outside of the center. We were very close to the port and were able to walk to Kefi House with our bags. Similarly we were able to walk to car rental and 4-wheeler rentals for daily excursions across the island. I highly recommend renting a boat for the day to tour the island. You can ask or text your host to help you with that which was another highlight. Kefi House was just perfect. My family created beautiful memories during our stay and we will always dream about the wonderful week we spent in Skiathos at Kefi House. We hope to visit again!

Nothing. It was perfect for us and it was exactly what we were looking for.

The apartment is extremely clean, modern, with very good interior design, a perfect terrace (surprisingly, even if in the centre with a view to a lot of greenery), comfortable kitchen and bathroom. Located in a centre but quiet, in very close proximity to two excellent restaurants and very close to more or less everything. The host is very friendly, helpful. I am constant client of Booking.com and this is by far the best accomodation I had so far.

The house is located in a fantastic spot. It's very smart, has everything you need and the owner is great to deal with.

A gorgeous contemporary style house, immaculate and super clean. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and a lovely little courtyard entrance too. We loved the location, a few minutes walk to the harbour and sea front and also down to the Main Street, shops and cafes etc. It was also very quiet and we slept so well. Kefi House was also close to a lovely local friendly taverna, just around the corner (and a pizzeria which we didn’t try). We would definitely return.

This house is more than 10 of 10! With unique design, brand new, clean and equipped with all that you may need... We spend a perfect time and realy felt in love with this place!
