Lovely clean and friendly staff.

Thought all facilities are great.

The room was not clean there was a dirty carpet the bathroom was not clean as well I will not be staying there again🙁

Superb location just a couple of minutes away from the river with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Also very friendly staff and house keeper was amazing in sorting our kettle in room 8 🤣 thank you so much Will definitely be back. Breakfast is not available at the property but again plenty to choose from in the street

Nothing at all, it was perfect

Location was good, bar person friendly, room was large and comfortable.

TV kept pixelating on most channels, walls in bedroom seemed very thin as could hear people in next room coughing repeatedly. Parking not available which is understandable but public parking was over £20 for 3 nights and we only needed one. Restaurant only open at weekends.

Very comfortabke bed in Room 3. Room was quieter than i thought it would be - a big plus! Excellently located. Lovely staff - both behind tge bar and also special mention to lovely cleaning staff (please pass on - i didnt get her name).

Blind on window by bed didnt work. Chain is broken. Some extra hooks in bathroom woukd be advisable for overseas travellers like myself, where vanity bags can be hung.
