"A very relaxing couple of days, Very friendly staff, and for the price paid very good value."

I didn't know what to expect for the very reasonable price paid to booking.com, This was a very late booking. We arrived early, housekeeping greeted us with plenty of information and Janet was very helpful. This place has a very popular bar and was very friendly. The location is ideal with carpark a few yards down the road. Loads of restaurants to choose from and even a well stocked co-op just down the road. Breakfast was a stones throw from location. The rooms are fit for purpose a very comfortable Huge bed, with TV, Tea making facilities, excellent wi-fi. Bathroom very clean and has a decent shower. Approx 5 - 10 mins stroll to lake Windermere.

The weather could have been a bit better, but it is middle of May and it is England.
