Right near all the facilites nice big room nice comfy bed

The floor was not straight the shower was dribbling out the black wasnt great personal opinion and was a bit noisey from the bar

Would definitely stay at The Westmorland again. Very comfortable bed. Fab location. Great value for money.

Shower needs new head and some water glasses, & something to put toothbrushes in would have been great. Hairdryer was terrible! But all very minor.

Felt overpriced , hairdryer was not good and then overheated and broke.

The size of the room. The additional seating in the room. They had provided an electric fan, which was useful as it was a hot evening.

Finding a discarded shirt down the back of one of the sofas - showing it had not been pulled out to be cleaned. This made me wonder if the rest of the room was as clean as we initially thought. Because the hotel was very central, it was also very noisy on an evening.

The hotel is well positioned the pub downstairs was very nice a friendly atmosphere. The bed was comfortable. Comfy bed and good clean linen and towels.

Our particular room, No1 was overlooking the busy road so noisy if the window was open. There were two second floor flats opposite and there windows looked straight into our bedroom so a bit of putting. The water pressure was very poor so showering was a bit of a pain.

Loud music until 2 am on a monday night effected sleep!

The location to the town and amenities. Very handy for bus connections Helpful and friendly staff Restaurant: Staff- Vert attentive. Food: value for money, good portions Couldnt hear the noise from the downstairs bar whennin room directly above.

Nothing major. But personal taste would be to not having a full black painted bathroom. This is an old building and our room had a gentle slope which was disorientating.
