屋上からの眺めが良く、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせました。食堂のメニューは豊富で、食べたものはどれもおいしかったです。ビールは街で調達するしかありませんが、食堂でテイクアウトして、屋上でビールを飲みながらの晩飯が最高でした。

メイン道路に出ればローカルバスにすぐに乗れますが、そこまでの登りがきつい。

The staff where very very kind!! The common area is very nice, location is good if you have a scooty

To be honest the installation of the hotel where not what we expected. It looked like they haven’t had maintenance for long. But when we complained about it they where very kind.

Dear Booking.com Support Team, My name is **Deepak Gokul G S**, and I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor and unfair treatment I have received from Booking.com. I was a **Genius Level 3 traveler** and had booked multiple properties for my **7-day Munnar trip** only through Booking.com. All bookings were genuine, and Booking.com earned commission from them. Without giving any proper reason or prior information: • My Booking.com account was disabled • My bookings were cancelled without explanation • I lost access to my booking history and invoices • I faced unpleasant situations at some properties due to this confusion • I am unable to contact a proper customer support executive Despite disabling my account and cancelling my bookings, I am still receiving repeated requests from Booking.com asking me to submit reviews for my stays. This is highly confusing and mentally disturbing because: • My account is disabled • My bookings are cancelled • Yet I am being asked to review those same bookings This clearly shows a serious system and customer service failure. As a genuine customer who completed real travels and payments, I request the following immediately: 1. Restore my Booking.com account and access to booking history OR 2. Provide a clear written reason for account suspension and booking cancellations 3. Stop sending automated review requests when my account is disabled 4. Compensate for the inconvenience, stress, and embarrassment caused Disabling a loyal customer’s account and cancelling bookings without explanation is unacceptable and damages trust in your platform.
