Monkey Tribe Munnar

The restaurant has a lot of options and is both tasty and price worthy. Really nice to have since the hostel is a bit away from the city.

The door to my dorm was a bit crooked so it was a bit difficult to open and close. However a very minor detail.

La ubicación por estar en el medio de los valles, con acceso a ruta, colectivo a centro de munnar. Los espacios compartidos del hotel son muy lindos. El restaurant es muy completo, buenos precios y excelentes opciones. El personal fue muy amable. Ambiente joven, relajado.

Olor a humedad en baños, problemas con agua caliente y limpieza general

L'extrême gentillesse du personnel, toujours prêt à aider, que ce soit pendant le séjour, avant ou après. Les repas au restaurant sont excellents. Les chambres et salles de bain sont nettoyées tous les jours. Les matelas des lits dans les dortoirs sont confortables..

Le temps d'attente dans le restaurant est long. Mais il suffit d'arriver avant tout le monde.

It was a wonderful stay at the Monkey tribe Lovely hostel, the beds were so comfy, I slept a lot...a true holiday.... extremely helpful and nice managers. Location is a little off the city, good for an escape...surrounded by tea gardens. But autos and cabs are available through hostel reception. They also help you book group trips if you are solo. A must visit is a place called Punarjani Ayurvedics for Kerala massage as well as traditional dance form shows like Kalari and Kathakali. Food in the restaurant is THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS HOSTEL!! Overall an amazing stay!

Peace, calm location. Awesome rooftop and common area

Difficult to access or to move around without scootie or car, as is slightly far from munnar, a junction in the main road

Globalement un bon hostel. Situé en contrebas de Munnar, la vue est imprenable mais compter 20/30 minutes de Rickshaws pour rejoindre les activités de la région. Le gros point fort de cet hostel sont les parties communes faites pour les rencontrés et les échanges.

Funky building with an incredible view. Big private rooms and good quality food for a good price.

Not very sound proofed. I was kept awake late by the music from the roof top even though it said it should be quiet from 11pm, noone really observed this. The restaurant is good but the opening times are dubious (not ideal when you're trekking at 8:30am) and the system they have for ordering can't really keep up when it's busy so I had a 90 minute wait for food.

The rooms were clean. The room sizes were decent. The view out of the balcony was good. The location was a bit tricky but nice. The vibe was nice. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Maybe the check-in experience? If they can early check in, it will be better rather than waiting at the reception and uploading my ID. I don't have much complaints other than that.
