There was no balcony, odd smell in the room, internet was slow , there is no flexibility to change room because it was fully paid before visiting

La ubicación bien y las vistas eran muy bonitas! Des de el hostel puedes acceder a una cascada espectacular!

En el alojamiento no se respetaba el silencio a partir de las 22:00h de la noche, había música fuerte hasta media noche y más allá de las actividades que ofrecían el propio hostel no recibías demasiada ayuda para explorar el lugar menos que estuvieras preguntando demasiado. Sinceramente, no repetiríamos y nos sabe muy mal poner este comentario porque el hostal en si parecía bastante moderno y sin generalizar todo el personal deja un poco a desear, lo sentimos!

Read really good reviews of the place, and had high hopes. It was a let down, and management was very poor. There was no good internet, and every guest was complaining about it. Overall the management was very shoddy, there was not enough people to handle food in the restaurant, and the poor waiter was getting harassed by groups of guests. We were not served lunch even after waiting for 15 minutes, no one even came to take the order. Bed allotment and guest handling was improper. Other guests were lying on the allotted bed, and even consumed food that was kept in the locker. Although there are many games available, most are not well maintained. All 3 cue sticks of pool table were broken, balls were of different sizes, and the table was in bad condition. Handles of foosball table was coming loose during play, and the screws were loose on the players. Once the dinner preparation started, it was impossible to sit in the common area due to suffocating smells from the kitchen due to improper ventilation.
