The lady landlord was super frineldy and has offered all the info and knowledge, didn’t have any problem while checking-in, all the personal team there was friendly and professional, the food was ready, very clear instruction to help us to find the place, we recieved it a few days in advance.

3 am, people were so lout (made a lot of noise) outdoors at the lobby and the stairs like they were the queens, and then we just couldn’t sleep in our room for an hour. The sound isulation between the room and the lobby can be improved. Internet wasn’t working well.

The property was clean

Room very noisy, fridge was off when I arrived, the room smelled like cigarettes probably because the window was open and people smoke on the street. The morning I woke up with a smell of fried oil. There is the kettle but no coffee or tea or water in the room.

I don't recommend this accommodation especially for vacation trip :( I stayed at the ground floor, and it was SO loud if there are people at the reception. The staff only stayed in the morning as far as I know, so I had difficulty to find my key when I check in. I contacted the property via Booking.com app, but the staff replied to me the day after, which is meaningless. The hair dryer was broken. I can hear everything from the upper floor and it was very irritating especially in the evening

Loxation is good. Furniture is new. Breakfast is good and includes fresh orange juice.

I think we had the worst room in the hotel. It was on the ground floor with some damp smell. Wifi didn't work. Hot water on the first day but not on the second day. No shampoo. The window in the rrom wasnlt really like a window so no fresh air for the room. Next door buolding is going renovation so a lot of noise as of 8.30 am.

Elképesztő zajos a hely, este 10 utan a házi szabályzat szerinti csend betartása teljesen elmaradt. Reggel 7:45 -től már fúrtak, faragtak. Miután fél napra elhagytuk a szállást, "takarításból" nyitva hagyott ajtóra tértünk vissza. Jeleztük e-mailben, de semmi reakciót nem kaptunk. Recepciós nincsen, takarítani nem takarítottak az itt tartózkodásunk alatt (5 nap). Azert, hogy rendesen igénybe tudd venni a reggelit, az előírt 8:00 kezdés előtt kellett lemenni étkezni, mert nem töltötték vissza az elfogyott ételeket. Gluténmentes reggeli nincs biztosítva péksütemêny vagy kenyér formájában, annak ellenére,hogy ezt is jeleztük előzetesen érkezês előtt.
