Like the room

Didn’t like the food, the breakfast was very poor. I ate only bread for breakfast every day. There were no sausages or porridge. During the whole week, I saw eggs only 3 times. I think the breakfast should be more diverse, not just pizza, bread, or croissants.

La habitación está bien y el hotel tiene buena ubicación.

El personal. Tardaron un rato en atendernos. No había nadie en la recepción. La limpiadora estaba en la puerta con el móvil. Otra cosa que quiero decir es que si buscáis sin gluten (soy celíaca) no cojáis este hotel con desayuno, ya que te dicen que tienen opciones, que las tienen pero solo jamón cocido y queso, fin.

Tínhamos um quarto para 3 pessoas e a casa de banho tem uma porta de vidro opaco logo ao lado da cama que não dá privacidade. Não ha acesso a um micro ondas por exemplo, temos sempre de comer fora. O pequeno almoço nos primeiros dias era pouco variado. Melhorou no fim de semana

Very limited breakfast selection, and items were not refilled once they ran out. Reception was often unattended. The Booking.com contact number did not answer when I needed help to get in my room. The building entrance door was always left open, which did not feel very secure. The smell of breakfast coming into the room was unpleasant daily. The shower cubicle was extremely small and damaged, and the door would not close properly. Quite noisy overall from other rooms.
