Decor, comfy bed, fabulous location

Sofas not comfortable. Had a few issues with the log burner.

Our second stay at this superb property. Love everything about the place - and the location is amazing as well. If you love walking and exploring then this is a brilliant base for heading out from the front door on foot.

The cottage is beautiful, pictures do not do it justice. The owners have obviously put their heart and soul into renovating it and it is gorgeously decorated throughout. Good location for travelling around Anglesey, you do need a car to explore the island. There is a local shop within walking distance. Plenty of parking.

Everywhere you go in the cottage there are lists of rules ! Maybe they have had some bad guest experiences but I did feel like I was at boarding school not on holiday. Also prior to arriving we were sent an email listing charges such as “not stripping beds”, £15. We paid £420 for three nights so quite shocked we were expected to strip the beds. We go away around 10 times a year and this is the first time we have been asked to strip beds or be charged ! Although the cottage is lovely, there are only two very small uncomfortable sofas in the front room so difficult to chill out. Only one towel each provided ( I think you could ask for more at a charge) so it was difficult to wash hair and body ! Strict rules about washing the crockery and putting it away (we always do) but no tea towel provided.

The property was spotless and a lot bigger than we’d expected. Beautifully decorated and really cosy. We found a lovely restaurant for dinner thanks to the guestbook provided, we’ll most likely be back to stay here and eat at the same restaurant again.

That we didn’t stay longer😂, in all seriousness the property was exactly what we needed. It was night 4 of a 6 day road trip and a clean and comfortable cottage was exactly what was needed after a long day exploring.

Had a fantastic stay at the white horses. The owners were so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing would be a sign on the property so you know the correct place.

Plenty of parking and easy to find, really good welcome pack and email with all the information needed.
