1 night stay Perfect position With the seafront and promenade at the end of the street and Hornsea town centre a 10 minute stroll. Beautiful b&b Decorated modern and very tastefull and its absolutely spotless 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Dog friendly Lovely hosts very informative during check in . Parking available outside property. Well cooked plentiful full English breakfast and top ups of coffee and juice just help yourself . Would not hesitate to recommend staying here if you are heading to hornsea or the surrounding area . And we couldn't believe the price for 1 night so reasonable and the standard we got was fabulous

Nothing apart from maybe shampoo /hair and body wash in the shower

Ashburnam Guest House is ideally located on the seafront at Hornsea with beautiful sea views. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were welcoming and even phoned us ahead of our arrival to check what time we would arrive so they could welcome us. We were treated to a beautiful view of the sea from our room and watched dozens of dolphins from our window and during a walk along the promenade.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

The room was excellent, the view was superb, and the location brilliant. The hosts were very good and helpful. The breafast was very tasteful. True value for money.

The property has parking but it is the luck of the draw as there are only two places available normally, unfortunately we stayed whilst one guest decided to take up both spaces with his Mercedes. There is parking on the road but at busy times it may be an issue, fortunately we were able to find a place nearby.
