I booked the Ashburnam as it was in the perfect location after a long cycle. I can’t praise my stay highly enough. First rate communication, super easy and friendly check in. The room was incredible and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was just as good and the locally sourced sausage were delicious. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay

Everything about the property was perfect, from the very comfortable bed, the amazing breakfast cooked, the cleanliness was excellent and up to date modern decor. Even down to the little touches with the binoculars in the window which my daughter loved looking through at the sea.

Visited this guest house before and will definitely be coming again . Super hosts , friendly and very welcoming . Well decorated and good facilities in the room . Quick service at breakfast , food fresh and good quality , what more could you ask for .

The Owners were superb, the room was very clean, excellent facilities, and the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely use this fantastic B&B again.
