Amazing, very friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated and a really powerful shower. A yummy breakfast with everything you could possibly want. To watch the sun rising over the sea was brilliant.

Lovely decorated, and warm room with a sea view. Very comfy beds and a nice breakfast. Easy to park and great location for Hornsea.

Stairs steep, so maybe not for everyone, but this is as expected in a property of this age, however the owner helped with my bags which was lovely.

Room 4 was lovely with a bay window looking out to sea and a small sitting area. The Marine pub across the road was excellent for evening meal and a game of darts! Excellent cooked breakfast served to the table. Very pleasant hosts.

"A wonderful stay"

We stayed two nights and the reviews lived up to expectation. The location was excellent for us. A 10 minute walk from Hornsea centre and it's restaurants and pubs, the beach is across the road and close to friends who we were meeting. The Ashburnam is pristine and the breakfast was amazing. Both Colin and Debbie were the perfect hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. Would highly recommend the Ashburnam.

Everything was just perfect.
