Radio City Apartments City Centre sleeps 4

Location

Being sold a 1bedroom apartment and being given a studio apartment No cutlery.Not enough plates or glasses or cups.

It was central to where we needed to be and clean inside

The building was quite noise all night from other residents, as a personal preference the bed was too hard. Sofa bed was too difficult to pull out so we didn’t bother, a lot of rubbish in bags in the stairwell and for one night very expensive

Amazing value, great location and extremely clean. Will def stay again when I come back.

Great location! Good size for the money. Projector was a nice touch

Could do with better heating supply as it was cold with only 1 portable heater

Checked in early. 2pm. Apartment was freezing. No heating. Projection screen was off the wall. Rolled up under bed. Found a heater that didn't work. Rang manager who said he will send maintenance round to sort problems. We went out into Liverpool. Returned 9pm. Nothing sorted. Apartment was Baltic now. Pulled out sofa bed. Absolutely filthy. Good job we only live quite local. This was a birthday treat for my sons 13th. We got the train back home. After lots of emails and phone calls, we got a full refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! APPALLING

Location was very good. Apartment was mostly clean.

Apartment was on the 6th floor. This is a very old listed building so exhausting walking up the stairs. Host was in touch on the day before the stay and on the days of the stay. This wasn't mentioned or the foul smell of bin bags on the stairways. The stairways are also the fire escape route and were littered on every floor with bin bags just left to decay. I have stayed in these apartments a couple of times before and the lift was broke then too. My guess is its broken still. There was no mention of this within the listing. The host was in touch with me before the stay which was nice but they failed to mention any of the above. My wife has bad asthma and was coughing heavily when we got to the top of the building 6th floor! Toilet didn't flush sometimes. Couch could have done with a hoovering. Ok for one night

It felt very homely Decor was very cute Love the fact they had a throw and winter bedding Bathroom was massive so loads of room Genuinely wish I lived here Very neat studio

•Heating wasn’t working :( •there was no kettle (but managed by boiling pot on hob) •shower pressure/head needed to be fixed for better use •Tv wasn’t coming on (but the projector was)
