Radio City Apartments City Centre sleeps 4

The location was brilliant, and the appointment overlooked the city.

There was no kettle and no hot water

I had no hot water for the last day and the morning of departure the heating didn't work

Dirty cups & glasses in cupboards. Pillows too flat.

Perfect location would definitely stay here again so cheap

In the centre but down a dodgy alley.

It took 50 minutes to get in due to bad communication from host and poor instructions given. 5* on this, if I could give it less than 1 I would. Room was dirty, it had not been cleaned at all. Like someone had gone for the night so we could be put in there! Jam on floor, drink stains on table, hairs in the bed, mascara on the pillows, used sanitary products left in the toilet bin, oven covered in black grease, chipped plates in cupboard, only two cups left when allows 4 people to stay, cupboards with random stuff in not kitchen utensils, hair in the knives and forks, stains/liquid by the chipped plates, false nails left on floor, no extra bedding or towels as booked for 4 people and none brought to us. Place is that small it would only be for two people if that, never for four! No bin in the kitchen and no Kettle! Filthy place that I would recommend not booking, get a hotel instead, at least you could get a cuppa tea then and sleep with bedding on you! Just awful. Communication appalling and not willing to help at all, we were told there was nothing they could do at 6pm!! The booklet that is left on the table if you have any issues, to call the host Michael 24hrs, well that number did not work when we tried. Ruined our night and we did not want to return there. Stay clear. Unfortunately it only allows 4 pictures to be uploaded.

Location was bang on centre of city, surprising no noise From streets, ie drunks or party goers if there was any about. Struggled with pull up bed, but text host, and someone came and sorted asap.

Lift out of order, which is not host’s fault, as is a block of rooms.
