The staff at the hotel and the operations manager were really helpful. The overall stay was quite comfortable. The food at the hotel was much better compared to other nearby options.

There are some smoking rooms which leaves some smell of smoke in the corridors. The operations manager was quite helpful and offered to move the smoking guests to another corridor.

THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY & EXTREMELY HELPFUL. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT.

24 HOURS ROOM SERVICE WAS NOT AVAILABLE - 10.30PM SERVICE CLOSES. THERE WERE NO ENGLISH TV CHANNELS.

Reservation process, Mr Khaliq took extra care in providing an extra mattress for my kid.

Staff attitude, Restaurant staff attitude. The washrooms were dirty. The reception area needs a heater.
