First and foremost, I'd like to address the check-in process. Despite prior communication about early check-in arrangements via email, upon our arrival at the hotel around 10 am, there was a considerable delay. Unfortunately, we had to endure a 1.5-hour wait in the reception area, where the lack of heating made the experience quite uncomfortable, especially considering the freezing cold weather outside. Regarding the room itself, while it boasted central heating, its effectiveness was lacking. The room remained consistently cool unless one positioned themselves directly in front of the vents. Additionally, there were noticeable drafts of freezing air emanating from areas such as the bathroom and the main door button, due to a significant gap. To mitigate this, we had to resort to using towels to block the airflow. As for breakfast, we found the options to be disappointingly limited, with many of the offerings overly oily. This further added to our overall dissatisfaction with our three-night stay, particularly given the extreme cold weather conditions during our visit to Srinagar.

The Rooms are spacious but all Bed & Bedding fabric are not cleaned , Furniture fabrics also dirty & not maintained. Basic room amenities are not upto mark & look no checks made on it by Hotel staff.
