The management of Wayanad Hosteller by Sayan Mondal was beautiful specially his arrangements ❤️

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs I chose this hostel specifically because of its policy of no drinking in the rooms and no noise. However, they completely failed to enforce these rules, letting the entire place down. At 10:30 PM, I went to bed only to find my dorm room full of people drinking and partying. Seven aggressive men wouldn't let me access my belongings, and when I finally did, my padlock was broken, my bag was open, and 3500 rupees were missing. After alot of chaos, the manager moved me to another room but allowed the disruptive guests to stay and continue drinking until 3:30 AM, so I got no sleep because of the noise. So much for thier rules and thier policy, if you can break the rules anyway! This is not the quiet, respectful hostel they advertise. I would class it as a noisy party hostel where you can do whatever you like, lincluding stealing from other guests. After reading other reviews, I realized I’m not the only person this has happened to. Both nights were filled with aggressive drunks, people smoking weed, and disgusting behavior like someone being sick off the balcony. If you enjoy theft, sleepless nights, and dealing with intoxicated, hostile guests, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away.
