It could have been cleaner.

It was Across the road from the lake. Plenty of parking and amazing communication.

Bedroom was a bit hot as aircon was downstairs. No sink in the kitchenet.

Beautiful spot on the lake. Easy shirt drive into Rotorua. Had everything we needed for 3 day stay. $3 washer and dryer. Shared BBQ cooked perfectly. Beds comfortable. Shower pressure fantastic and hot straight away. Enough room for 2 adults and child to have own space. Fantastic attention by Jack to anything we might need. Spectacular hosts

Nothing to complain about at all

Door very hard to open, other people in building very noisy until late, very thin walls could hear every movement of others, TV did not work, water needs to be obtained from outside, not what was expected, disappointed as was booked for a visitor to Rotorua.

Quiet location across from the lake

Property needed a really deep clean. There didn't appear to be a plug for the bathroom basin which you are also meant to wash the dishes in. Sorry, we didn't do that for our couple of dishes. Shower was grubby as was the basin. They had been wiped but didn't look clean. Fridge hadn't been cleaned either. Some power points didn't appear to work. Front door pane has a big crack in it. Would have felt safer if there was a chain on the inside of the front door. Skirting boards and window frames needed a really good scrub. Flooring is old and grubby feeling, particularly in bathroom with miss-matched vinyl in bathroom. Carpet felt dirty underfoot in main room. Bathroom and kitchen cabinets are old but adequate. All of that being said, this property has the potential to be really special if a little time and effort is put into it.
