House is immaculate.

The house was very comfortable we have 2 kids and a dog very pet and kid friendly. The location was great.

The cleaning when we got there was questionable around the bathroom sink, and showers. The blow dryer in the room does not work. The walls all over the house could be wiped down very easy to fix.

It’s a beautiful home! The pool is great as well as the view of the water. I booked for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed my stay!

Location! As a group of 6 we had been going to get a large unit at Residence Inn or Homewood which were about 6 miles away from jobsite....this was only a mile though!! And be warned six miles in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area is like a 35 minute trip...luckily we found that out by NOT staying at a hotel. The pool was AWESOME!! BBQ grill & whole outdoor area was great . Kitchen was great & well equipped & theres a semi hidden narrow spice cabinet to right ofsink that filled with spices salt sugar etc that you might need but don't want to go buy for a short trip! TV was great (we had a 18year older who hookup his gaming thing) Showers are insane amazing It was great....It was last minute semi emergency work trip with my husband & my company & crew & Im so so glad I went looking at different booking sites before i booked Residence or Homewood because I saw this....it WAS more $ than those, and no free breakfast, however it was totally worth it especially when considering the jobsite was under a mile away. To be able to come & go easily....cook dinners & use pool etc ... PRICELESS.... And the difference in price wasn't bad ..on a longer stay that absorbed the cleaning fee more it would have been CHEAPER than Residence Inn or Homewood, which nothing against them both those hotel chains are great.... But a private pool! Location! 9 foot smarttv! They can't compete on that... Ten stars!

This isn't anything awful...just two things for guests & owners to be mindful of .. The floors, while the shining white marble that covers the ENTIRE 1800+ foot home is pretty.... its kinda sketchy in a pool home. The floor is SLIPPERY....#1 Bare feet or grippy shoes only in home....Socks =deathtrap When wet Walk slow and carefully. I don't know the solution for this, because it was probably a price equivalent to a new Mercedes to have these floors done...so just caution especially when wet. There also aren't many towels for a pool having home that holds many people. Another thing...the house, kitchen, baths, outdoor area is all new beautiful & modern... except for the bedding & wall art which is yelling Bealls Outlet 1993 at me. Its not bad ...its just odd. again overall ten stars ...if in that area again Id absolutely stay again & I highly recommend it ... BUT PAY ATTENTION WALKING ON FLOORS ESPECIALLY IF WET!!

Gorgeous house - marble and glass and upgraded fixtures everywhere! Like staying at a world class hotel! Pristine living space and pool in a great location just off a major thoroughfare. Very accommodating host - wish we could’ve stayed longer.
