Hello, The main issue is the condition of the room and the hostel. Unfortunately, the accommodation is not in acceptable condition: the hostel is not clean, the room has a lot of humidity, and there is an unpleasant smell. I am asthmatic and I also have allergies, and last night I experienced breathing difficulties because of the room environment. For health reasons, I am unable to continue my stay under these conditions. I kindly ask you to take this situation into consideration and help me find an exceptional solution regarding the cancellation and the refund of the second night. Thank you for your understanding.
