Moi j'ai annulé mon séjour dans cet hostel pour motif d'hygiène et de sécurité . j'ai demandé le remboursement ou au moins avoir un bon d'achat pour mes futures vacances soit pour moi ou pour ma famille. J'aimerais bien que booking.com supprime cet hostel de sa plate-forme pour éviter que vos clients soient dans ma même situation. Dans l'attente de vous lire avec un retour positif si je procédera à une poursuite judiciaire. Cordialement. Youssef CHLOUCHI.

Tout cet hostel ne dois pas être un lieu pour des touristes qui veulent se reposer et se détendre pour profiter du voyage.
