Staff so friendly. My daughter just loved the horse riding. They allowed her to help out in the stables which was really nice for her.

Location close to the castle and nice views, fridge, microwave and kettle. Working farm and nice to hear the horses.

We stayed in a family room, It needed some updating, the main bed was uncomfortable. No plug for the bathroom sink and hot tap was loose. The floor tiles in the bathroom moved and need re grouting. Family room with one bowl and sparse cutlery. Found the barking of 10+ dogs a little off putting.

Beautiful property in a perfect location , we were at a wedding across the road at the castle so it was ideal. Communication with Karen was great, she was lovely and really helpful 😊we would definitely stay here again

The location is beautiful. Plenty of natural attractions nearby. Good pubs for meals within 15 minutes drive. Karen and Kirsty welcoming and helpful. Horse riding a bonus.

We could not identify any improvements, except maybe a larger sink in the shower room.

The location was excellent

The en-suite bathroom was so small my husband could hardly get into it. It was not clear from the booking that there was no cooker, saying that it has a kitchenette is a bit misleading. The room was poorly cleaned and lots of wasps came every time we opened the windows.

No signage for the rooms, nearly walked into someone house. No reception "Staff" not as welcoming as expected Self check in - room keys left in doors Door handle basically falling off Paper in room has wrong WiFi password "Private bathroom" not Private people from room 3 were using our shower room, even though they have an ensuite. Mattress needs replacing springs poking out. Bed is a fold down sofa, not as sturdy as a normal bed. No sound proofing, you can hear other talking in their rooms No breakfast No seating area or desk, just 2 dining chairs randomly in room Not much cutlery Nothing to dry up with. Radiator left on, woke up at 5am sweating in the current heat wave even with the fan on all night to block out neighbours. Door slams shut Hallway smells Parking is very tight Shower dribbles out, no pressure, other half advised against washing hair as it would take too long for me to get my hair wet.
