Pleasent host. High standards , very clean, good location. 2mins walk to town centre, shops bars, restaurants. 5 min walk to Lowther Pavilion were we attneded a concert

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely guest house. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely welcome — it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and so thoughtfully prepared. It was clear the owner Tiffany, had considered every little detail to make guests feel relaxed and cared for, from the cosy touches to all the useful extras you might need during your stay. Nothing felt overlooked. The atmosphere throughout was warm, friendly, and incredibly inviting. You can really feel the care and pride that goes into running this place, and it made such a difference to our experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable, welcoming, and personal rather than just another standard hotel. A real gem.

Everything clean, beautiful decor, warm very classy. Very friendly owner, thought of everything even small scissors to cut your tea/coffee sachets! Parking space very useful
