Location fabulous,very home from home, charming host,parking on site and Tiff was really great for information on local restaurants etc. Delightful host.

Tiffany was very accommodating and very helpful with any queries we had. Room was lovely and clean and we had everything we could possibly need.

There is nothing negative to say about the property.

Lovely place everything was great

Everything about this accommodation is exceptional. The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. Immaculately clean and very comfortable with everything you need. Tiffany, the host was so friendly and attentive and makes you feel extremely welcome. The location is perfect and the local area has many shops, bars and restaurants. We've had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Windmill House to anyone looking for the perfect stay.

Everything about Windmill House was 1st rate. From checking in and meeting the wonderful host Tiffany, the excellent advice lovely house and great suite to the great location. As a couple we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay.

The accommodation is pretty much perfect!! I couldn't wish for anything better.

Upon arrival we were met by Tiffany who made us feel very welcome and gave us some information of nice restaurants and places to go which was very helpful, the property is beautiful, spotlessly clean, well decorated and furnished to a very high standard, bed was very comfortable with lovely fresh bedding, lovely bathroom with walk in shower, fresh towels and even toiletries included, there is a lovely lounge for all guests to use and also a kitchenette with everything you can think of if you wish to make a snack or have a takeaway. Everything is in walking distance, with restaurants, cafes, bars and shops practically on the doorstep, beach only around 3 mins walk, bus stop right outside which takes you into St Annes and Blackpool. Although everything is so close It was lovely, peaceful and very quiet inside the property. If you're looking at coming to Lytham for a nice few days away then I would definitely recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. Tiffany is so lovely and goes above and beyond to make your stay as perfect as possible, even adding many extras which I have never had in any other guest house EVER. Thank you Tiffany for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning.
