"Luxury overnight stay in great quiet location"

Everything about this property was exceptional- free parking, great location, the suite we had was so big and beautifully appointed. The bed was big and comfortable- thick big towels in the huge luxury bathroom and bathrobes! I was only disappointed that we were there only one night and didn’t really get chance to use the walk in wardrobe areas. There was even a wine cooler for use with proper wine glasses. Best place we have ever stayed.

Stayed for 1 night during the Lytham festival, host Tiffany was very friendly & very helpful, our room Tiffs snug was lovely, very clean & comfortable & had everything we needed & nice little addition of cakes & biscuits. The location is excellent for a stay in Lytham & great for going to the festival, glad we stayed here it was perfect & the price was well worth it would definitely come back next time, Thank you 😊

"Lovely guest house Tiffany was very helpful and welcoming"

The only slight negative was no cooked breakfast available.cereal jam coffee tea available we bought the milk from local shop and bread for cereal and toast.
