"Wonderful little apartment"

The room was very nice, with modern, tasteful furniture. It was quite clean and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from Yenne Square and the center of Cagliari.There lots of restaurantes and cafés around the corner.

The room was small but that was not a big problem.

Situación excepcional para visitar la ciudad. Zona comercial y restaurantes a un minuto y solo a 10' de la estación de tren que conecta con el aeropuerto. Fácil sistema de acceso. Instalaciones modernas y bien cuidadas. En la cafetería que hay justo abajo se sirven desayunos muy buenos.

"Made us wish we could stay longer in Cagliari!"

The property is EXTREMELY conveniently placed - a short walk away from the busy areas of Cagliari’s city centre. The pastry shop/cafe right beside the entrance is lovely, and piazza Yenne just around the corner, with restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy.. awesome! Host was friendly and welcoming - we did not try the self check-in, as we stumbled upon him on our way in, and were checked in in person. The room was clean, and with a super sleek, modern, freshly-renovated feel and look. Loved the red accents in the “Primavera Rossa” (“Red Spring”) room - and I will admit I just loved the name, too 😛. Water temperature was nice and consistent, and the AC worked flawlessly. Bed was nice and comfy. No complaints!

Despite soundproofing from the street noise being quite effective overall, the noisier vehicles make it through (those high-cc motorbikes should be illegal in town areas!), as do the neighbours (very sporadic, and not something the property can be blamed for). The duvet and pillow could use being a touch better quality, to match the feeling of the rest of the room. But they were still adequate, and I won’t lower my score for that.
