The location is absolutely perfect. You literally are staying in the heart of Cagliari. Walking distance to all main attractions nearby. The decoration is very modern and very beautiful and this not only for the apartment but also for the common areas before you step into the apartment. Downstairs the apartment there are also some good coffee shops for breakfast and restaurant for some spritz Apero in the afternoon if you don't feel like going to far. There is also a good barbershop and beauty salon downstairs.

das Design war clean, die Sauberkeit, die Dusche sehr modern und insgesamt die eigenständige Check-in Erfahrung, Smart Tv und Bügeleisen waren auch sehr nützlich, die Lage direkt in der Innenstadt/Altstadt

keine frische luft, da fenster nicht möglich zu öffnen da sonst insekten reinkamen, ein insektennetz wäre super. parkmöglichkeit nur mit ticket
