The flat had perfect location, in the heart of the city center. There was nice coffee shop below, so having morning breakfast was just two steps away. The host was helpful and easy to connect with.

There was no kettle in the room, though it was not in the list of amenities, I would recommend adding it. The water sometimes was not very hot, when all of us (we were six friends) went to take show. Though it was summerish and we did not have much bother with it.

location is super. just few steps aways from the old historical town. plenty of parking outside. the owner is super friendly willing to give you interesting advices for visiting the town. the room is completely renovated with plenty of space for a family of 4. bathroom is big. plenty of space and clean. just outside the building entrance there is an excellent bar for breakfast. plus: we left our luggage in the main entrance and collected at the end of the day

This room was amazing. Super modern facilities, the cleanest and nicest bathroom with an awesome waterfall shower. Loved everything about it and the check in process was clear!

It was exactly as shown on booking. New , modern furnished.

There was only one chair . Some basics like at least a kettle and a bowl would be nice . I know the owner said the room hasn’t got any of these to make people go out and enjoy Sardinian food which I don’t have a problem with , but sometimes when you travel with kids these things mean a lot.

Excellent location offering everything you need for a city visit. Very comfortable and the host was great at staying in touch
