I stayed along with my Wife in premium double room and they are giving on 1st day one bottle bisleri water bottle. They should give 2 bottles per day. After it should be chargeable. Thanks

Staff behavior was very good.

The staff were polite in general. That's about it.

The rooms are located between 2 floors. 1st floor is bar and last floor restuarant. The restuarant was ok ok but the lifts were always blocked at afternoon for transferring items to the bar. It was repeated so many times. The towels were very old and disappointing. We had to request to refill the shower gels and for extra towels just when we arrived. I wish they check all these before checking in guests. We checked out a day earlier than what we had booked since the stay was disappointing.

Receptionist is very polite. The food at the open roof restaurant was excellent. All facilities are available

Nothing was there which i don't like about the hotel..

The staff were active, professional and helpful. Location was in a prime place, convenient for transit. Parking for 2 wheeler was available.

The room was not clean, the wifi did not work, the complementary breakfast was a joke with only bread and jam.
