We felt at home, the apartment is new, all the furniture is modern and in perfect condition, clean and tidy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the historical monuments, shopping and nightlife areas, parks, etc. We recommend this apartment 100%.

A superb host. The apartment is spacious, well appointed and in a superb location right next to the Rustaveli avenue, the Opera and all the main attractions of Tbilisi, but in a quiet neighbourhood. We all slept beautifully. The host had left many things to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and had thought of all things that travellers need. The host was very friendly, always in good time and was always helpful. I highly recommend this apartment if you find it available.

The apartment is one of the best I have ever used. The location is fantastic, the trading mall and main nightlife street are only a few meters away. Parking is available in the building on the minus floor. Impressive was the furnishing and especially the hygiene of the whole apartment, I have never stayed in such a clean apartment. All rooms are spacious and super furnished with enough towels and also care products that were provided by the host. The communication was also problem free. I can highly recommend the apartment, on my next stay in Tbilisi I will definitely book this apartment again! Thanks to the host!

Beautiful, modern, clean apartment in the best location in Tbilisi. Easy to walk out the door and be in the city center, or at the shopping street within minutes. Delicious cafes and restaurants were found on Rustaveli avenue which is major tourist avenue of city and is located within 200 meters below the apartment.from The host is a wonderful person who helped us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.
