It was well stocked and very cosy. Access was easy and plenty of amenities available.

It was very clean, modern and spacious xx we were greeted by a lovely gentleman who gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, fabulous thought xx had everything we needed for one night xx all in all fabulous accommodation and would recommend to others who are visiting the area xx

We would have preferred a communal room/living room but for one night it was fine and the beds were harder than I would have liked but again for one night it was fine xx

Great for breaking up a long journey, beds were nice and comfy with a easy to use sir fryer for all your needs with a free bottle of wine and a great breakfast bap.

In one bedroom the curtains should be blackout due to the streetlighting outside.

It was a lovely , clean and spacious apartment. it was in a great location to access all local places, Ripon, Harrogate, wetherby and other places. There is a bonus shop underneath where they have essentials and yummy hot sandwiches and baps. Alot of extra bonus essentials in the property which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay.

For me , not everyone would be the same of course. The bed was too soft. But that is person preference and maybe I should have tested them all before settling for the one I did.

A big enough size for 6 for an overnight stop

A small issue with the toilet in one bathroom, too close to radiator! Maybe blinds in the front bedroom would help keep some light out as the curtains although pretty let a lot of light in during the night.
