Awesome stay overall!!

The host kindly left a bottle of wine, oranges, jam, coffee, tea, and water — a nice touch after a long trip. • The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. • We were allowed to check in one hour earlier than the official time. • The location is convenient, just a short walk from the Old Town.

The actual size of the apartment was no more than 25–30 m², even though the listing stated 48 m². • Very high humidity inside — especially after using the shower, everything was covered in condensation, and ventilation was poor. The shower itself was extremely small. • We found a large amount of black mold, which triggered an asthma attack in my wife. • The host offered us a different apartment upstairs, but it had a bad smell, strange narrow layout, and felt very uncomfortable — we couldn’t stay there either. • We had to leave one night earlier and book a hotel instead. • It was clear that the mold had been previously scrubbed off the walls, but it came back — and it’s obvious the issue has been ongoing. • There were many black hairs around the apartment and some dirty kitchen utensils. • The view from the bedroom was of a very run-down and scary-looking building; it was impossible to open the window because people were walking right by it.

The location of this apartment in excellent!! Close to the center of Nafplion but without traffic and noise. The sea and a beautiful spot for swimming only five minutes away. We were a family of five (four adults and one child) who stayed in the three bedroom apartment for three nights October. One of the bedrooms had a balcony with a fantastic sea view. The kitchen was fully equipped, also with foodstuff such as coffee, sugar, butter, marmelade, honey, rusks, a bottle of wine, fresh oranges etc. The host was very helpful and friendly.

The kitchen is a bit small and not a lot of dining furniture but it works for breakfast.

Nothing

In the booking it’s say there is 3 bedrooms but when we arrived we got only 2 barrooms ( one was lock and she didn’t agree to open it) one of us needed to sleep in the car!!! Also that sad there is packing but it’s only for the local peoples.

The place had everything a family needs - the little things were super - bottles of water, jam, oranges etc. The facilities were really good and there was nothing that we missed.

The place is very narrow- prepare to carry your luggage
