ALIVIO Lux Residences

Beautifully designed NEW space with all amenities you could imagine! Outdoor bistro table, refrigerator (with wine drinks delicious oranges and more!), all types of coffee options (Greek, American drip, and hot water heater for tea and instant coffee- WITH plenty of coffee provided ) and all kitchen needs, and more. This space has been meticulously created and every detail covered (even paper napkins and paper towels). The location couldn’t be better— so wonderful to meander through the pedestrian streets, around the walk adjacent to the sea, and the ancient buildings only a few minutes away.

We missed not having more natural light and the ability to open windows (although the front door has a lovely top portion that can be opened for more light and air). This is likely a privacy matter as the suite is on the ground floor. Parking in the adjacent lot is not guaranteed but we, as well as lots of others, parked very close by just above the street curb. The space is “very efficient”, not at all large which we heard is often the case in such a lovely building and in such a lovely section of the city.

The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of the old town, which made it so easy to explore the beautiful streets, historical sites, and vibrant local atmosphere. The accommodations were incredibly spacious, with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, which made getting ready each morning so convenient. Overall, Alivio Lux Residences offered the perfect blend of comfort, space, and location. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Nafplio. We can't wait to return!

Have fun staying in a new apartment, it has all the equipment and even oranges in the fridge, a kitchen for breakfast, a coffee machine, and more. The apartment is located in a quiet area and close to all restaurants, there is parking next to the apartment. worth the price 😍
