The fold out couch is very uncomfortable, we never met any staff we checked ourselves in and out never saw anyone.

Show only Had one temperature, boiling hot. Room was very stuffy with no air con.

Cercano al centro. Bastante menaje disponible. Microondas. Todo nuevo y con buen gusto.

La ubicación no es exacta y nos hizo dudar un poco al principio. La dirección que nos dieron era de una clínica, buscad el portal de al lado. Muchas veces no funcionó el código y hubo que marcarlo varias veces. Filtra bastante ruido de la calle. Para entrar al apartamento puedes coger el ascensor, pero en mitad de la planta tendrás que subir un tramito de escaleras (6 quizá).

After driving for hours, I arrived at the location some 15 minutes before midnight. Unfortunately, the code that was supposed to have been sent via email hadn't arrived. I called the phone number, and was advised by the person that he would review the online checkin and email me the code. I explained that the message I had received had led me to believe that it would have been sent immediately upon completing the checkin. He got very defensive and said that HE hadn't promised anything. I responded that it came from official EPIC communications. He again argued that he was not responsible. Standing out in the street nearing midnight waiting for the code left me no patience to deal with this idiocy--I didn't care who was responsible for what communications, I just wanted the code. This was a horrible experience.

Beds and bathrooms good. Location good.

Dreadful living room. Small. One small tatty dirty sofa. Terrible lack of kitchen equipment. No coffee maker. Tiny bit of watered down washing up liquid. No breadboard. Really awful room. So uncomfortable.

The whole apartment as to small for 4 people, on booking it showed a much bigger apartment to the book we received. Sofa bed wasn’t easy to open and set up and there wasn’t much bedding for it.

Great central location, perfect for exploring Liverpool on foot. The apartment was modern, stylish and very comfortable for our stay.
