EPIC Duke Street Townhouse, City Centre Apartments

Location was Ok

Sofa bed was awful. Bathroom stank of cigarette smoke when the extractor was on and residents on our floor were really noisy. Bed in main bedroom was comfy.

Nice clean apartment and had everything g we needed

The staff were nice

Not clean, carpets were all stains ,noise at night was very bad ,noise in other rooms was bad.we were left with 2 towels and a hand towel for 3 people for 3 days and when we ask about new towels we were told it would cost extra after a lot of call the staff agreed to give us towels at no cost Saturday evening.There was also a problem with the shower there was no hot water because of a bolier problem.There was no cleaning service in the room from Thursday to Sunday morning.This apartment was also the second one ,we had to be moved from the first apartment because the carpet was stained with a red substance in the bedroom it look like blood not sure what it was .

Not having a fold up bed taking up all the space in the living part of the room because the bed settee wasn't working. The toilet didn't flush.no hooks for coats. Right hand door on wardrobe wouldn't open.

Room wasn't finished being cleaned for an early paid check in. Sofa bed had no sheet . Staff went got on but was a waterproof sheet . Had to make do . All in good tho

La ubicación del aparment, muy cerca del centro...el apartamento esta bien alhajado...tiene buenas camas...y cuenta con todo lo necesario para preparar alimentos....hay un market para comprar al lado

El sistema de check in NO ES amigable CON EL pasajero....por que si no te llega el correo con el link de check in.....tienes que llamar a un número con código internacional...y mientras no hagas el formulario en línea....NO TE ENTREGAN LOS CÓDIGOS DE ENTRADA...en mi caso, llegué a la dirección...sin códigos de acceso....a pesar que mi reserva YA ESTABA PAGADA TOTALMENTE con mi tarjeta de crédito.... Les sugiero ( para bienestar y comodidad del pasajero) que una vez hecho el cargo de la reserva envíen los códigos de acceso y cuando el pasajero llegue a la dirección verifiquen ID y hagan el check in.
