More could be done to reduce the amount of mosquitoes inside WiFi was poor
ZAGreat location out of the madness of central Mirissa but an easy walk or an even quicker tuk tuk ride to the main beach. The staff were so lovely and when we lost a phone the manager was very quick to help us recover it. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Just small things missing from the room like teaspoons and towels for 2 people but we know the hotel was very new and these are small teething issues.

Water for shower was cold but eventually fixed but not reliable,as second night, only one of us managed to have a hot shower. Too far out from centre of Mirissa. Had issues with payment and we were charged more than quoted on Booking.com. Overall, a disappointment and unhappy about being overcharged!

The road to property is very narrow. Its a home stay and not hotel so no room service or food. Breakfast wasn't great either.
