Village Hotel Swansea

Clean and comfortable.

Fire alarm going off in the morning after we had got back late with our children from a festival so wasnt nice being woken up by the fire alarm before 8am.

Good location

The check in and out process seems long winded and unnecessary. Staff member sat at computer but yet you have to do self check in and out, with the staff member telling you what to do, so seems very odd.. I never normally say about pillows but our were terrible all bumpy. Breakfast is ok, hot food was 6/10, tea area doesn't really work and tastes very strange. Croissants etc seemed like old ones. I don't normally do a review but felt I needed to with this one.

Didn't take breakfast; Bed, good; Room needed some refinements. No209 had a very poor view from the room window; No place to put cases;

The facilities comfort mattress

The breakfast. Poor selection. Poor quality of ingredients. Not told about fried eggs that I could have thar you needed to pre order. Continental breakfast Poor. Not worth the money.

The location was perfect, smart decor, quirky signage, good food and very attentive friendly staff.

It’s quite basic compared to what I remember Village hotels being. The bedroom furniture was sparse as were the electrical sockets
