Clean lady didn’t change clean bed. Bed was same day I was stay there for weekend. I want change bed everydays not leave the same till I go to home after this

Breakfast wasn’t very good unfortunately in that there wasn’t much choice/ it took ages to replenish items - not enough staff.

"A nice basic hotel with wonderful staff, but the cleaning needs work"

The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the location was great for a trip to Swansea.

Room was dusty and sheets didn’t fully cover the mattress. Had to request a room clean which don’t include changing bedsheets or making the bed. The check in process wasn’t good - self service machines and very difficult for those with limited tech skills.

Clean modern hotel,rooms were a great layout with modern decor,staff were friendly and helpful enjoyed the pool and facilities Great breakfast and choice will be planning on returning soon
