Nice little cottage with great lay out . Well equipped and cosy .Out side space nice but next door neighbours had access through at the rear so needed care with dogs and gate . A lovely stay .Rich great communicatior

The cottage was very clean and comfortable with everything you would need for a fantastic stay away from home

Nice simple code box to use, great so others staying can also use it so your not fighting for keys or waiting. Nice welcome hamper. Even treats for your 4 legged friends 🐶 Beds are quality, everyone had a fantastic nights sleep. Loved the kitchen, I have a sea view where I live in Skegness, Lincolnshire and I'm stealing the idea of a coastal map wall 😀 There is a shower over the bath, I didn't see a shower when Booking it just mentioned a bath.

There is nothing negative about our stay.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Lovely cottage and location. Enclosed garden at rear was a real bonus for our little dog and parking at the front a plus point. Rich the owner kept in contact and we really appreciated his kind words on how we left the cottage. Very nice touch.

No negatives from us

Having a lockbox with the front door key meant that arrival time was unimportant, which made it easy to access and leave without disturbing anyone. The beds were exceptionally comfy and the linen was lovely fresh and crisp. Having a heater with a temperature control in the bathroom was a treat.

My sister felt that a bottle of milk in the welcome pack would have been a nice touch, maybe even instead of the bottle of beer. I felt a backdoor mat would help keep the place clean as I needed to access the back garden and hate not being able to wipe my feet. The fire was set up ready to light and although the host provided extra kindling and logs, maybe a couple of firelighters would have helped me get the fire going on the 2nd night. I tried to buy some from the corner shop but they didn't have any.

Very comfortable, clean and some nice personal touches.
