Ottimo appartamento con tutti i confort descritti in annuncio. Molto vicino al centro storico di Viterbo, Un particolare ringraziamento alla Sig.ra Michela per la sua gentilezza.

Eigentlich alles! Betten, Ausstattung, Küche, Bad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, - und natürlich die riesige schöne Terrasse mit bequemer Bestuhlung und Hollywood-Schaukel. Auf jeden Fall ein besonderes Apartment!

Lage strategisch günstig, die direkte Umgebung ist optisch aber nicht unbedingt 1A, was aber nicht gestört hat.

Duży taras rekompensuje niewielki metraż mieszkania.

Appartamento moderno con due camera da letto, matrimoniale e una più piccola con letto a castello più uno a scomparsa e in sala divano/letto. La smart-tv in salotto è molto grande. Wi-Fi perfetto. Pulizia ottima in tutta la casa. All’esterno un ampio terrazzo esposto praticamente sempre al sole ma con una veranda che garantisce l’ombra. Condizionatore a soffitto perfetto! Erano presenti inoltre lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Posto auto privato e al coperto (ci sta tranquillamente un suv con baule sul tetto). A 5 min a piedi c’è un supermercato mentre a 5min di auto si possono trovare i vari centri commerciali di Viterbo. Il centro (Palazzo dei Papi) si trova a un 15’ a piedi e consiglio di lasciare tranquillamente l’auto a casa e raggiungere in centro a piedi. Strategico inoltre per visitare la zona in quanto in 5/7min si raggiunge la superstrada per Orte Host molto gentile e disponibile 😊 Siamo stati molto bene😊 Assolutamente consigliato!

Forse aggiungerei qualche contenitore/ciotola grande.

I stayed at this place with my family and was so pleased to see that the property was fully airconditioned as weather was very hot during our stay, property owner was super nice and gave us a very warm welcome. Property had all cooking essentials, laundry essentials as well as all the necessary toiletry items available which really made us feel at home. Balcony was a bonus, we loved it so much. I'm glad we chose Viterbo Holiday House for our holiday stay and would highly recommend to anyone. I'm looking forward to coming back to Viterbo Holiday House when I visit Italy next time. A huge thanks to the property owner and her son for giving us such a warm welcome and making us feel at home. We greatly appreciate you for providing us with such an awesome service during our stay.

A very large apartment with excellent facilities and extremely clean. The owner was extremely helpful and we even had our own secure parking space. The balcony is very big and it is enjoyable to relax.
