"Good stop between Luderitz and Sesriem"

Beautifully located in the sand dunes with comfortable glamping tents. Staff was very friendly and the views are insane.

The food felt like it came from a can, and even though the place is remote it’s quite expensive so you would expect fresh produce instead of canned fruits for example. Photography tour was a bit expensive for what is ultimately a regular sundowner and sunrise trip.

"Mixed feelings - stunning location with issues."

The location and views were stunning and for that reason I find it hard to criticise. The staff were brilliant and they made the stay very enjoyable Photographic drives were fantastic - thoroughly recommend.

We had some practical issues. The room is a tent on a wooden frame which in the strong wind banged all night so disrupted sleep. Holes in the bed sheet. Although we understand the practical issues of a lodge so remotely placed we were expecting something more luxurious for the price.

"The Perfect Dessert Retreat!!"

The loveliest Dessert Retreat. We were so well looked after by the lovely young lady and Reception and by Daniel at the Resterant. Such helpful and lovely people. The Lodges are perfect with great fews over the Dessert. It really is a great Dessert Lodge.

The view from the chalets is priceless. The staff were extremely helpful. I had a flat on my way to Kanaan and two of the staff members offered to repair rge flat tyre and they even replaced it once repaired. Awesome service.

It would be helpful to mention in the info about the property that the hill is very steep between the chalets and the restuarant. Younger people may not have a problem but older ones may struggle a bit with the walk.

"Spectacular place."

Stunning setting, and very nice staff and restaurant.

Being an eco lodge the room had no working heater and the shower was lukewarm. We were there during a cold time, and so were not able to enjoy it as we should've liked to.

Too cold as there is no heating or hot water bottles but besides that everything was just perfect
