Posada del Arquitecto

The staff isn’t very friendly. The room was clean though. It’s VERY LOUD! All the time! Ur on top of bars and the Main Street so the noise never stops. It’s filled w super young wanna be hippies and posers. The room had no shade and a barely working fan. And u have to walk up a small hill to get to all the rooms which was annoying. Only good side is that it’s on the beach but the beach is always really crowded

Probably the best hotel in Mazunte. That being said... Mazunte is not a fancy place. The room don’t have AC, wifi is sketchy and there is only cold water. So if your goal is to find a beach town and get away from everything this might be the place. Both restaurants onsite are very good.

Great location, right on the water. Very good food available...in fact, it seemed that non-guests loved to hang out at the cafe for the location, food, and great vibe. Negatives: no hot water, AC, tv....but I didn’t need that stuff anyway. The WiFi is temperamental...the room PW is different from the restaurant PW which is different from the check-in area, so it took me a day to figure it all out. Then again, it’s in paradise so it’s good to get off your phone.

The posada is a great place. Only one remark. In the room they only had two shampoos tubes. No shower gel, no soap, no conditioner. It would be better if they could take care of these kitties details. That’s all

No hay agua caliente, el hotel no tiene este servicio. El llevar carro es un fastidio porque tienes que andar avisando que vas a salir o vas a entrar y se tardan años en irte a abrir. El internet es una porquería, no sirve en ningún lado y en las habitaciones no llega ni la señal propia del teléfono. No vale en lo absoluto el precio por lo que recibes.
