"Potential but big let down"

Spacious nice living area

Cabinet doors had tape on to keep them shut the bathroom door was dirty and slid open the carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered in a while there were no bin liners in the bins or bin bags doors containing things like tools and paint cans wouldn't stay shut considering the price per night it was unacceptable

"Fab location"

Lovely place to stay - great decor, comfortable bed, coffee machine with some coffee was a nice touch, fantastic location.

Got my PIN very late (after I made a call to Booking.com, as the owner wasn’t picking up and didn’t respond to my messages). Booking.com offered a new place, but got the PIN at some point and we decided to stay there. Stressful situation and hopefully will not happen to anyone else.

Gorgeous flat, tasteful decor. Comfortable. Useful kitchenette. Clean. Great view of one of the main picturesque streets from lounge window. Quiet and tranquil despite town centre location
