Very clean central location.

I was given the wrong access code for the property

Great location and good sized apartment.

No extractor in kitchen or mirror on bedroom. Lack of instructions for induction hob.

No hot water or central heating in a cold night.

Location was great . Apartment was pleasant.

We ended up sleeping in the sitting room due to the toilet constant running water. This also didn't let us have much sleep as the pavement outside had a loose drain cover and when anyone walked on it ( which was often) made a noise that at first I thought someone was slamming a door shut . Heating is also hard to turn down as the boiler in the kitchen is the one for upstairs and couldn't turn the heaters down

Location in the centre of Whitby, how the apartment was decorated, well equipped kitchen, biscuits left

Communication with host, msg several times, absolutely no sign or number of property outside so had to ring host for directions. Scruffy and dirty communal stairway. Poo left in toilet so not cleaned properly. Initially given wrong appointment, host moved our belongings. Very small bedroom, no mirror to do hair/make up. Sink and taps loose, difficult to use sink because of shelf above. Bedside lamps but no plug sockets so unusable. Bed nit made properly, sheets ha ging out. Only one key in safebox which other apartment took so had to ring host again late at night.
