The location is excellent! Parking nearby is convenient, and the walk to the apartment is short. Additionally, it's close to restaurants and sightseeing spots. The apartment itself is spacious.

However, the apartment is in need of renovation. The bathroom door is nearly impossible to close due to water damage above it. We had difficulty turning on the hot water as the instructions were unclear, necessitating contact with the owner. Furthermore, half of the lights in the bathroom were not functional, and there was a random hole in the bedroom floor covered with a basket. The list goes on.

The apartment is lovely. Great location.

Lots of messages from the host arranging check in caused stress when arriving by train. Also requesting we check out earlier than expected.

Apartment was more spacious than I thought, very clean. Location was great, in the historic part of Pavia, 10 minutes walk from anywhere yet quiet. Balcony with views over Pavia.

Small points but shower head could do with descaling, hot water/heating a bit erratic. Both corkscrews broken!

Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town, but incredibly quiet during the night. Perfect guidance for check in, and very responsive hosts. Postcard views from the rooms in all directions!

A beautiful and very big place! A/C working very well and effectively. The neighbourhood is great! Communication with owner very intense

It is better not to come by car. If you come by car, come early in the afternoon. At night it gets tight.
